I had a wonderful stay at this guest house located in the heart of the old town, which was perfect for exploring all the sightseeing spots. Baan Nam Sai turned out to be a fantastic find during my stay in Chiang Mai. It perfectly met my criteria for a budget hotel with reliable Wi-Fi, great security, and a chill environment. The only significant downside was the hard bed, which may not suit everyone's taste, but for the price, it was a steal. The presence of ants and the wet bathroom floor might be a minor inconvenience but are easily manageable. Overall, an excellent value for money.
